Little Hands Ireland* is an association led by Alex and Emma, two parents whose lives have been directly impacted by childhood cancer.

Our mission is to take what we have learned on our journey and offer initiatives to children undergoing treatment, their parents and the healthcare staff (nurses and others incl. e.g. play specialists) caring for them with a focus on emotional wellbeing and complimentary therapies.

*A note re. registration and banking:

Little Hands Ireland is currently operating as an association, guided by a constitution. We do not intend to create the impression at this early stage that we are a registered charity. It is our intention to register as a charity with the Charities Regulator in Ireland in due course.

While we finalise our preparations for registration and open a dedicated bank account, all donations will be safely held in a separate account managed by Emma, a founding trustee of the association. These funds will be transferred in full to the official Little Hands bank account as soon as it is set up. We are committed to maintaining a clear, auditable record of all donations and expenses. We deeply appreciate your support at this early stage and your trust as we work to build something that will serve our mission for years to come.
